On demand Personalized Products
Please bear in mind that personalized products require manufacturing, assembly and preparation time that may vary depending on the number of orders that we are processing at that time.
Usually, manufacturing time is usually 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. Of course, to this time we must add the shipping time to the requested destination.
In times of high demand or special dates (eg Christmas, Kings, etc) the manufacturing time can be extended to 7-9 business days .
These times are indicative and may undergo changes for reasons beyond our control.
If for any reason we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and you can continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Shipping
We don’t want you to pay for unnecessary costs, so our shipping costs are calculated based on destination country and weight.
You can check your shipping cost when you enter your address in the cart or during checkout.
Stationery Products
International Orders:
- All orders will be shipped with tracking code. You can get quotes and choose your preferred courier during Checkout.
- Shipping times are estimated between 10-30 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Customs Taxes
Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. kustomika is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
Domestic orders (mainland Spain) have a Flat Rate:
- All orders to Mainland Spain are sent with Paquete Premium shipped via Correos (48-72h) with tracking code.
Other products
International and Domestic Orders:
- Items manufactured by our Print on Demand partner (e.g. clothing) all get shipped with tracking code from the closest location to you, to reduce shipping costs and delivery times.
Customs Taxes
Usually these products are manufactured in a local facility in the same country of destination, so they don’t go through customs. Exceptionally, some countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. kustomika is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, you have a period of 14 business days from receipt to request a return.
We only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The products must be in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and with all its original labels, packaging, documentation and accessory elements.
- The return shipment must be made using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that the protective box with which it was delivered cannot be obtained, the customer must return it in a similar protective box so that the product reaches our warehouses with the maximum possible guarantees.
If this is not the case, KUSTOMIKA reserves the right to deny the return or to subtract the amount of the items that have not been returned or damaged.
Defective orders
We review all orders before sending them but we are human and may miss something or make a mistake.
If we have made a mistake, you can request, free of charge, the return of a product, as long as the notifications made within a maximum period of 4 calendar days from the receipt of the product. After the deadline, it will not be possible to make a return.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Too easy. Contact us and select the returns option.
We will respond to you within a maximum period of 24 working hours indicating the steps to follow.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The initial shipping costs, the shipping costs back to the warehouse, nor the bank or third party expenses caused by the reimbursement will not be refunded.
- In case of receiving the product damaged or missing material, KUSTOMIKA reserves the right to deduct it from the return amount.
- CUSTOMIZED products cannot be returned or cancelled , unless we have made a mistake on our side. In any case, contact us and we will try to find a solution.
