First of all, because it is FREE but offers a lot of benefits. You’ll be able to keep track of all your orders, access all your downloads and save your details so you don’t have to fill in the checkout form every time!

After placing an order, you’ll get a Confirmation Page with your order ID (aka order number or order #).
Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email, which also includes the order number next to the date, at the top of the Order details table.
If you have an account, you can also locate your order number from: My Account (top right menu) > Orders, where you can see all your order history with all the details.
Forgot to include something or made a mistake? Don’t worry, but you need to be quick. Our system doesn’t allow order changes but you can cancel and place a new order (as long as your order status is still on hold).
Please follow the instructions below to cancel your order.
Changed your mind? Don’t worry, you can cancel your order free of charge for a minimum of 2 hours after you placed the order until we start working on it and we change the status from “On hold” to “Processing”.
Check your order status by going to “My Account” > Orders”. If the status is still “On hold”, contact us to request a cancellation.
We are sorry! We know you want to get your items ASAP but sometimes things happen.
We are a small shop, so sometimes during sale or peak season, things are bit crazy here. Our current processing time is 3-5
There are also other factors which can delay the production process:
- Payment processing problems: If anything goes wrong with the payment, we’ll get in touch with you.
- Waiting on customer information: If you requested a customized item that required your OK before we can start production, you may have not seen an email from us asking for confirmation (check Spam).
- Tech / Production issue: These things happen and sometimes equipment or computers have a bad day. Sometimes a machine goes crazy, so if we are not happy with the result, we’ll start again so the product passes our quality check.
You can request an invoice for your order with our contact form. Just select “Need an invoice for my order” from the dropdown and fill in your business details: company name, address, VAT number, etc.
We will send you the invoice in PDF to the e-mail address you indicated in your order.
If you just placed your order, but still haven’t received our “Order Complete / Shipped” email, please contact us and we’ll make the change.
Please keep in mind that even if your item has not been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the change.
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. We are a small shop, so sometimes during sale or peak season, your delivery may be slightly delayed.
On top of our processing time shipping usually takes around 2-3 weeks, in some cases a month, depending on the destination.
Except for heavy items (e.g. planners) which we always send via Courier with Tracking Code and usually have shorter delivery times.
If you are in a hurry to get your order, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
*NOTE: Some of our products (bags, mugs, t-shirts) are manufactured by our Print on Demand Partner as I do not have the equipment, but also this partner has multiple facilities located in the following countries/regions. This reduces shipping cost and delivery times as they are manufactured in your closest location. These are usually sent Tracked and deliver within 5-15 days.
We recently added Tracked Shipping so on the Cart page you can select if you want Standard Shipping (not tracked) or Tracked.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped with your tracking code. Please bear in mind that this only means you get a code, delivery time will be the same as Standard Mail.

Unfortunately we only ship to a few countries at the moment. You’ll find the list on the cart and checkout pages.
If you cannot find your country, contact us and we’ll try to find a custom quote for you.
We don’t want you to pay more than necessary, so shipping is automatically calculated based on weight. You will get the exact shipping amount on the Cart page when you enter the delivery address.

€.PLEASE NOTE: Our international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Printing Instructions
- Open the Silhouette (.studio3) cut file included in the kit.
- By default paper size is set to US Letter. You can change this to A4, the printable area should remain inside the paper.
- Check your cut blade settings and when ready just send to cut.
- Our transparent PNG is specifically designed and formatted for easy use with Cricut Design. It includes offset, so no editing is required!
- Select Image type: Simple.
- Resize the image to 9″ height (longest side) keeping proportion (lock).
- The PDF from the kit includes the cut lines in red to make sure each sticker is the correct size when cutting with scissors.
- When printing, just check size is set to 100% or “Actual size” in Adobe PDF Viewer to make sure stickers are printed in the right size.
Cutting Machine Issues
- If your Silhouette is not printing/cutting correctly, please check:
- Registration marks are correctly printed inside the paper.
- Cutting machine is properly calibrated.
- Your blade settings are set according to the paper you are using.
- Sometimes, when the cutting machine is acting weird, it helps turning it off and on again.
Unfortunately we cannot provide technical support for printers or cutting machines.

Additionally, we also offer exclusive deals or freebies for customers as part of our loyalty program.
Unfortunately, our promotions are not applicable towards previously placed orders.
After adding your products to the cart, on the Shopping Bag page (before Checkout) there is a Coupon box under the product list on the left.
Enter the code and click “Apply Coupon”. The page will reload with the discounts applied by the coupon.
Some coupons have limitations (e.g. first 100 orders only), only work on specific products, some have a one-time use and all of them have expiration dates. Be sure to read the fine print!
Coupon codes generally cannot be combined with other Coupon Codes.
We currently accept Paypal and Stripe (for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards).

Items returned for a refund must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents within 30 days of receipt from delivery
All personalized orders are final and not eligible for a return or refund unless there is a valid quality control issue or printing error.

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are NOT available for digital or customized products. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Please note some of our products are handmade so tiny imperfections may occur in printing or cutting. Also variations can occur during the printing process. Colours may vary from screen to final product.
These characteristics do not affect the usability of the product and are not considered damaged.

Oops! Our apologies! Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Please try clearing your cache and cookies.
- Please try using a different browser, (specifically we recommend using Google Chrome!)
- Try using a different device or computer.
If you get an error while trying these, please send us a screen shot of the error so we can investigate the root cause of your issue.
